Informative and Convenient

I installed this application on my iTouch this morning and was using it this evening while doing my supplement shopping. This is a user-friendly application and puts a wealth of supplement and macronutritional information within your finger tips. Sometimes fitness websites and health magazines can overwhelm you with too much nutritional information on how to lose weight or gain muscle. The mySupplements program puts it in a format that is easy to comprehend and follow. If you are a health nut or gym rat, this will be one of the most important applications you've installed on your iPhone or iTouch.

Helpful and Informative

This is a great app whether you're a novice or have years of training experience. I haven't been able to find as much comprehensive information either in the app store or on the internet about what supplements to take, how much to take, and when to take them. I was impressed that the app contains info not just on supplements like whey protein, creatine, etc, but also points out the importance of vitamins in recovery and meeting your goals.

How this is getting rave reviews is beyond me. It tells nothing new that most weight lifters don't all ready know. I have seen better apps.
